RENTAL OPTIONS

The First floor :  A Very Charming Apartment
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room kitchenette apartment, with separate garden and lanai

1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Twin, futon couch

Rents for a 1 week minimum stay of $1365*/week, For 2~4 people.

Each additional day after 1 week is $195 /night.

For stays less then one week the rate is $250*/night.

*Rates increase $100 per week for each additional guest.

There is a clean out fee of $150 for the first floor house. For unusual cleaning there will be an
extra charge.

The very spacious Upper House
3 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, living room, lanai, with the 3^rd floor Great room

1 King, 1 Queen, 1 double / Great Room futon couch... very spacious dorm room/ class room

Rents for a weekly rate of $1680 */week, For 6 people.

[ usual rate $2100 /week]

Each additional day after 1 week is $240 /night. [usual rate $300/night]

*Rates increase $100 per week for each additional guest.

(Upper house rental is for 6 guests, after which full house rental is required.)

There is a clean out fee of $200 for the upper house.

For unusual cleaning there will be an
extra charge.

The Full 5 Bedroom Home : Kealakekua Bay (pathway to the gods)

5 bedroom house (the bottom house, the upper house, the great room) is offered for

Rental at a weekly rate of $2600.00*/week, for 10 guests

[Holiday ~ High Season rate of $3318 /week for 10 guests]

For stays over one week the rate is $372*/night.[ usual rate $474/night]

There is a clean out fee of $350 for the full house.

*Rates increase $100 per week for each additional guest.

First floor: 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Twin, futon couch, 1 bath

Second floor: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 double, 2 bath

Third floor: Very Spacious Great Room

There is a couch in the two living rooms that turn into beds, and, on the 3^rd floor, the upper house, there is a futon and enough area for six air beds. (If you are a group that is interested in this option you must notify us prior to rental for extra linens and other supplies.)

Additional Charges

For unusual cleaning, or damage inside or outside of the house there will be an extra charge.

Unusaul cleaning includes, the need to return furniture to where it was on your arrival, and all dishes and kitchen suplies belonging to the first and second floors must be returned to their proper floors. All Kayaks, orrs, beach toys must be returned to the garage in good repair.

 A credit card will be held on file.

We are very appreciative that we have never had to apply such charges.

All of our Guests have been very respectful and gracious.

All Keys must be left in the house when departing.

There are two Hawaii taxes totaling 13.416%.  Which includes A General Excise tax (GET) and

a Transient Accommodation Tax.

Hale Maluhia La’a Beach House is a Smoke Free Home. We ask that you honor this policy.

RESERVATIONS

Deposit:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due on the day of the reservation with a balance payable no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit:
There is a $500 security deposit due one month prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded the day after the check out providing care was taken to the premises.

When you leave a credit card on file, the deposit is not necessary.

There is No Sub-Letting of the property. Workshops, Seminars, all groups of un-related guests, each Guest must fill out responsibility forms. Group leaders must insure the responsibility of their guests.

Payments: Check or money order [ we now use Paypal billing so that you can pay with a credit card]

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Fully paid reservations with cancellation of 60 or more days notice will result in refund of monies paid, minus 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates.

The 25% deposit non-refundable.

Rates, minimum length of stay and cancellation policy are subject to change at any time.
